installing hamburger v2
As of version 2.0.0, Hamburger is only distributed as a 64-bit VST3 plugin for Windows. For open access and testing (coming later), CLAP support should be available by then, and if the plugin is popular enough, I will consider notarizing the plugin for macOS (meaning AU and VST3 support for macOS)

Windows
Hamburger V2 is a VST3 plugin, which means it can be used in any DAW that supports VST3 plugins. The plugin is available for 64-bit Windows systems only, and hasn't been tested on a 32-bit system.
To install the plugin, simply download the zip file from the 'My Orders' page and extract the contents to your VST3 destination folder.
Usually this folder is located at C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\, so you can simply extract the contents of the zip file to that folder.
If you are using a 32-bit system, you will need to use a 32-bit VST3 destination folder. The default location for this folder is C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3\, so you can extract the contents of the zip file to that folder. This is assuming the plugin works on a 32-bit system, which it hasn't been tested on.
Other Operating Systems
Other OSes and build targets have not been created. Keep an eye out here.
